Every order will be detailed on an invoiced quote with the number of items, sizes, estimated shipping costs, and any other fees or discounts which will be sent to the customer for confirmation and approval.
Once the customer approves the order, a payment request for 50% deposit will be sent via QuickBooks. The order will not be placed in the production queue until the deposit payment has been received by Horseshoe Table Co.
- Payment can be made by credit card (except for American Express), mailed personal or company check, wire transfer, or cash.
Once deposit payment has been received, confirmation on stain color, logo customization, and logo orientation will be finalized.
- Production on an order may be delayed if logo is not emailed promptly, file format is not valid, or logo editing is needed.
As production commences, the customer will be provided stencil artwork to approve as well as a picture of an example product with burn/vinyl will be sent to the customer for final approval to ensure the customer is happy with their customized order.
Three heavy coats of epoxy resin will be placed on each handmade table. We require a cure time of at least 7-10 days. The longer the cure time, the better the results. Horseshoe Table Co. will send the final payment request for the remaining balance through QuickBooks once the order is complete.
Horseshoe Table Co. will package and arrange shipping if necessary through LTL carriers and partners with a broker once final payment has been received (the remaining balance).
- Guaranteed and priority/rush shipments are always the goal, but given this ever- changing freight climate, sometimes delivery dates are missed or changed, which is out of the control of Horseshoe Table Co.
The products produced by Horseshoe Table Co. are individually made by hand. There may be some slight discrepancies between products such as slight stain variations based on wood absorption and undertones, different batches of wood, and slight discrepancies in resin work.
Depending on your monitor/ phone settings, the color of an item may appear different than in person. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor/phone. Epoxy Resin coating will also enhance coloring of the stain applied. Resin will also produce an appearance of a slight range of different shades of stain in photos depending on light placement and photo angles.
Burned in logos may have some areas where the flame extends further throughout the logo design or areas with variances in the burn due to flake. We cannot guarantee that every burned logo will appear the exact same on every table due to the nature of working with a flame. If a more exact production is desired, we recommend a vinyl print logo.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has began, we cannot guarantee that the order can be modified or canceled. Please be sure to contact Horseshoe Table Co. immediately in the even a modification is needed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. Please note that additional fees or costs may be assessed depending on the modifications and communicated to the customer prior to the change being made.
Customized sizes, shapes, and/or logo orders cannot be canceled once in production and are non-returnable. Please see our "Return Policy" for more information.
* Custom sized, shaped, or logo orders cannot be returned for refund or credit.
* Any return on products MUST be initiated within 3 days after merchandise is delivered. Please see 'Receiving Shipment'
* The customer will be responsible for packaging the product safely and securely on the pallet it was received on.
* All items returned will be inspected at the time of arrival.
* The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
* A 20-50% restocking fee will be assessed for all eligible orders.
* In the event there is damage to the returned product after inspection, additional fees for damages may be deducted from refund or will result in no refund to be issued.
* There will be no refund for items returned damaged or used, or received after 30 days from original delivery date.
* Refund or return credit is for the products returned only, less any fees applied for damages, restocking, and/or missing items. Original shipping cost, stencil, and/or logo design/modification will not be refunded.
All freight charges are estimates only. Charges quoted are based on estimates at the time of quote. Carrier prices may fluctuate based on many variables and are out of Horseshoe Table Co.'s control. We try our best to find the best price and stay within the estimated charge amount, but at times the estimate may increase or decrease depending on these variables and will be communicated to the customer prior to shipment. Transit times depend on the destination zip code and are estimates only. We are not able to guarantee transit time to your location, but we do try our best to meet the estimated delivery date.
Please note additional fees for "residential delivery" and/or "lift-gate delivery" (if you do not have a receiving dock and cannot unload the shipment) may be applied.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery for any signs of damage, shortage, or abuse upon arrival. The customer should open and inspect each product and count items and notate any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. It is the customer's right to refuse any shipment that shows obvious signs of damage at the time of delivery.
- The driver may be impatient, but it is the customer's right to inspect delivery before signing.
Make sure to take photos of any damage and contact Horseshoe Table Co. right away to start the claim process.
If damage or shortage is discovered after signing the delivery receipt free and clear, retain all damaged packaging materials and contact Horseshoe Table Co. immediately.
Please Note: When the delivery receipt has been signed free and clear (without any noted damage or shortage) it releases Horseshoe Table Co. and our shipper from all ownership responsibilities of merchandise/freight.
We do offer a large volume discount on eligible orders. This discount is typically about the amount of shipping and is the equivalent to free shipping. At times, there are other variables such as liftgate needed, residential address, etc. that may increase the cost of shipping. In the event this happens, the customer will only be charged the shipping amount that exceeds the large volume discount amount.
Approved Items for regular cleaning:
- Crystal Simple Green
- Mineral oil
- Mild soap
- Chamois cloth
- Clean rags or sponges
- Pledge Polish
* Do not use abrasives to clean epoxy resin which includes all purpose cleaners like Comet or scouring pads which will dull the surface.
*Avoid using wax or polishes that contain wax.
* Most non-abrasive household cleaners are good options for daily cleaning.
*Occasional use of mineral oil conservatively can help to maintain the surface - though too much can cause the surface to dull.
* Buffing:
- Be careful, with enough strength and friction, you can cause the epoxy resin to heat up which will soften it and can create impressions or uneven surface.
* Harsh Chemicals can create a chemical reaction with the epoxy resin and create a sticking surface.
*Keep out of direct exposure to sunlight and UV rays - as this can create discoloration or a 'yellowing'.
